Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Hot 18 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
- Deposits are generally processed instantly; withdrawals are completed within 1–24 hours.
- Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of a withdrawal request.

- The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
- A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonuses can be withdrawn.
- Claiming a bonus more than once by the same person, household, or device is prohibited.

- If bonus abuse is proven, your account may be suspended.

Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure
Hot 18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

You may close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance, unless an investigation is currently ongoing.
Responsible Gaming Policy

- You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
- You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months, whenever you need to.
